Yes smoking Mike, I stuck to the 3-2-1 method to the T and they were perfect, clean bite through them and the taste was great. For some reason I just always preferred spare ribs over baby backs. Thanks. |

No I put them on top of the pork steaks cause I didn't have room left on the pit..LOL, after I wrapped the ribs then put the pork steaks and abt's on. |
