Got up nice and early Sunday morning to get my 1st Primo cook underway. I started with an 9lb pork butt, then added ABT's. After the ABT's, I did some rib tips. To finish the meal, I made some Everclear Apple Pie Moonshine. It was a battle today, dealing with winds of 30-45 all day, but overall it was a great success. I look forward to many cooks in the future. Enjoy the pics.

Ingredients

1/2 gallon apple juice
1/2 gallon apple cider
4 cinnamon sticks
1 whole clove
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
3 cups 190 proof grain alcohol (such as Everclear®)
2 cups vanilla vodka

Directions

Bring the apple cider, apple juice, cinnamon stick, whole clove, white sugar, and brown sugar together in a large pot; reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and cool completely.
Stir the grain alcohol and vanilla vodka into the cooled mixture. Pour into bottles and refrigerate.
I also added a half a Granny Smith apple cut in 1/4's and a cinnamon stick to each mason jar.
