Go easy on me guys....I may have committed a sin here......
I cooked on my gasser today.
I had plans to use my offset today but we woke up to a dusting of snow here......20cm's. Laughing

I had some filling in the freezer left over from my stuffed peppers and fattie cook I wanted to use up.
After shoveling out cars and driveways and everything around the house.....I was too beat to dig out a
path to my offset.....so i fired up the gasser.
My pics will tell the story.

That's my story and I'm stickin to it. Laughing Laughing

Looks awesome as usual! Creative way to use up your left overs!

Nice looking plate-up, Rick!

What's 20cm??
Up here north of Hwy 9, we only use inches. So, that's about 3 or 4, maybe? Razz Razz Wink

I must say that is some fine looking grub there! And it does look like a sushi roll! Laughing

What was the meat you used?

We just got 14 inches (35 cm) of the white stuff, and I can't get to ANY of my smoking/grilling gear...

If you are, then I am also. Wife insists on keeping a gasser around, because she doesn't like the get ready time involved with charcoal. I plan on breaking her of that this fall. Those are some good lookin eats. By now, you've shoveled out your smoker, so, all is good.
