I'm looking for a recipe that memics store bought smoked sausage... My wife and I love it and we have been picking almost a gallon of green beans a week and wanted to try making some sausage to go into the beans...

I'm searching also so I'll post results Very Happy

I think you would get more replies if you told us what type of smoked sausage you've been buying at you store. Brand and type and I bet we would probably have a recipe. is it kielbasa, Italian, hot links or what? Tom

A standard kielbasa recipe should suffice, you can play with the pork\beef ratios to tweak it to your liking.

Typically we do Eckrich, Hillshire Farms or something of that nature. They all seem to be lightly seasoned but are awesome in a big pot of fresh green beans Very Happy
