Smoldering Coals BBQ Fan

Here is what was on the smoker yesterday.
The top self had a rack of beef ribs and chicken thighs.
The bottom self had 3 racks of pork ribs and corn.
I am smoking more today....post pictures later when it is done. |

Actually I cooked the chicken for 4 hours before I threw on the corn. I moved the corn down because that is the hottest part of the smoker. I ended up throwing the corn in the firebox. |

Here was tonight cook.
2 whole chickens cut in half, 3 slabs of beef ribs & corn on the cob.

Man everybody is throwing down today on the pit!!! Maybe I should not of cooked red beans and rice and fried chicken. Defiantly firing up the grill Tom!! |
