I got my Weber kettle and decided to do the inaugural run with some chicken thighs for 2 hours at about 300F.

They were a big hit!

Nice!! Chicken thighs are one of my favourite foods on the Weber kettle. Good job! Very Happy

I'm a Thigh man too Breasts are nice but I like a succulent thigh and those look great. Kettles rule!

Not usually one to say "I told you so....."

But, that kettle will do all kinds of things.....bake cakes & bread, pizza, any kind of BBQ you can possibly think up, standard grilling, all kinds of great side dishes.....running drip beans down on the charcoal grate, underneath pork is a personal favorite......
