I tried something new tonight, smoked buffalo chicken. IT turned out great! I got the idea from Malcom Reed with Killer Hogs.
2 - 5lb birds
2 - 5oz bottles of Frank's Red Hot
1/4 stick of butter
Soul Food Seasoning
Smoked at 325 for 1hr 45min

Here is what everyone really wants to see, the finished product!
Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches:
Smoked Buffalo Chicken
Frank's Red Hot Wing Sauce
Texas Toast
Butter
Homemade Ranch Dressing:
- 1 cup Mayo
- 1/2 cup Buttermilk
- 1 Tablespoon Hidden Valley Ranch Mix
- Couple dashes of Garlic Powder
- Couple dashes of Red Pepper
- Couple dashes of Black Pepper
I also made some sandwiches with teriyaki sauce and ranch...they were just as good, if not better!! _________________ Deep South Smoker
