Take a look this page, and see if any of the Andouille ones will work for you.... I'm working my way thru the American farmers collection at present...then I'm going to scope out the South African Boerwors variations...good eating coming up !!

Try a 16 oz. can of Tony Chachere's creole seasoning and 2 oz. sugar along with as much chopped green onions as you like for 50 lbs of pork.

But really everyone I know pronounces it sa-sher-eees
