Start with baked pie, prefer fresh homemade but boxed works fine too.
Get smoker going to about 225
Prep pie top with about 1/2 shot ameretto and good dose of powdered sugar

Smoke with cherry wood for 45min to 1 hr, to taste. Did some cheese while I was at it, just enough room in little smoker.
Let cool a little and slice away.  _________________ If veggies tasted more like meat, we'd all be healthier!

super...i just love to know how many Degree? that you maintained the smoke...thank for that photos |

I cant cook desert...it always a confusing part for me.your photos is inspired me to make deserts.because of a newbie I wanna try an easy recipe.your photos are amazing.do you think this is an easy recipe?need some advice.thanks for the post.  _________________ meatballly |
