Can someone tell me how long this sauce will keep in the refrigerator?

It depends on how big a bottle you have and how many family members there are.

If I put a bottle 15 Oz or so, it will last less than a couple of weeks.

I did find one bottle that was about 4 or 5 months old, and used it that same day... nobody died, (I think)!

Like SoEzzy, I found an old bottle of it that was 3-4 months old. I thought that the flavors were more concentrated. My family and I had no ill effects either. It may be like a fine wine or cigar. A little aging makes it better.

I made some in August 2011 ..... 13 months ago.
I quadrupled the recipe, so, I still have a jar of it.
Not sure if I should crack it open to try, but,
I have eaten pickled eggs that are over a year old.
It's that vinegar magic that may make it okay. Very Happy

I just looked at it to refresh my memory. There's enough vinegar and Woo sauce in there to let it sit out on the counter for a very long time - think ketchup. Kept in the fridge many month's will be fine.

Thanks guys, my reason for asking is I want to make a big batch and give a couple jars to friends, so I didn't want to waste any.

Thanks a lot, Changeling
