Anyone know a good recipe for Cod? I have about 40 pounds of it sitting in the freezer. It s fresh off the boat. No skin, just 1-2 thick steaks. _________________ Brinkmann Cimarron |

Is it Atlantic, Alaskan, or Ling Cod?
Atlantic is the best.
Cod chowder, a classic Nantucket dish. (just sub Cod for Clams)
Braise it in lemon butter with dill, serve with pea's boiled new potatoes. A classic Norwegian dish.
Braise it in a red sauce and serve with pasta.
Fish and chips is great but I feel Cod is too good to fry all forty lbs for that dish. _________________ Zilla

Get some Guinness beer and make a nice dark beer batter for that cod! _________________ Alex
