this is a true florida gulf coast style recipe. most native floridians are very familiar with both smoked mullet and this type of dip/spread. both are definately favorites in my family. Smile

1 ½ cups fresh smoked mullet (mackerel can also be used)
1 ½ Cups Mayo
8 oz. Cream Cheese
One slice of onion (approx 3-4 tbsp)
One large clove garlic – pressed
¼ tsp worchechire (sp?) sauce
1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
1 tbsp spicy mustard
Juice from ½ of a lemon
Salt & Pepper to taste
Hot pepper sauce to taste (Tobasco)
Dash of parsley

Add all ingredients to food processor or mixer and blend until it is mixed very well. Chill for at least one hour and serve with crackers.
