I'm about to begin a build similar to what you have done here and wanted to see how your temps turned out with the pipes spreading the flow.
I'm going to use a smaller tank, 48x48x27 and a round fire box mounted on a single axle trailer with propane assist.
My initial plan was to have a rectangular opening from the firebox to the cooking chamber with a reverse flow plate extending toward the front. My main concern was the loss of heat anytime I open the door.
Using the pipes extending into the chamber as you did are you able to get even temps (after insulating which I had already planned to do) or do you need tuning plates?

With the tubes going from the fire box to Coker do you still need a rf plate?
