I've never partaken in a throw down but this one I'd be interested in. _________________ -Christian

I would love to play but I do not have one sitting in my freezer and don't really want to drop around 35.00 on a brisket at this time. _________________ Always remember slow and steady wins the race.

Darn, k.a.m,
You are hands down the EBO master; unseating SoEzzy and his powder blue classic model.
That's some nicely done brisket, my man. One point -- piece number twelve from the right looked a little too thinly sliced.
Mr. Tony, yours was looking good as well.
Call me when the yak throwdown starts. _________________ Reverse flow Sterno can

I got one in the freezer, too, dude!
I've never participated in a throwdown,
in fact, I've never smoked a brisket before either! _________________ "If the women don't find you handsome, they should at least find you handy."
