Hell Fire Coonass BBQ sauce.
Stolen almost directly from a real Cajun, he said he was anyways, (WTF you know I'm a LIAR and a thief) and I changed the name and a few ingredients.
4 C. Ketchup
3Tbs. Honey
1/2 C. Cider Vinegar
1 Tbs. Worstisister sauce
1/4 C. Brown Sugar
1/4 C. Mustard (wet)
Chop up these real good.
4 slices Bacon
2 Jalapenos, the whole pepper seeds and all
4 cloves Garlic
1/2 C. Onion
1 tsp. Red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. Habanero powder
1 tsp. Cayenne pepper
Cook the japs, garlic & onion in the bacon grease til their soft and add to the other ingredients. Heat to boil and simmer til it thickens to your liking or about 30 minutes. Comes out good-N-thick.
