I have enjoyed browsing the ring for the past few months and finally wanted to introduce myself. My name is Josh and I am in the upstate of SC. I began competing last year in some KCBS and SBN events. In the past year my cookers have evolved from a CharGriller, to a WSM, then a BGE and currently a Stumps Clone. |

Howdy back from Vermont and glad you signed up. Your toy supply has taken a nice upward rise. Post some pics of their production. Welcome. _________________ GreenSmoker / Steve C.

I will be on my way to Monroe, NC shortly to show a friend how to smoke a boston butt on his new smoker. Do you do any competitions? Maybe we will meet up at a festival or comp. I'll be in Kings Mountain in April for a KCBS comp. _________________ Deep South Smoker

I am still planning out my competition schedule. I'll post it on here and welcome anyone on the ring to stop by for some tasty samples. I will probably compete at the farmers market in Columbia March 23 & 24 for a SBN event. I am planning to compete in 10 comps this year in NC and SC. [/list] _________________ Deep South Smoker

Here is an interview I did with BBQ Super Stars last year at my first comp. I thought he would be appropriate for my "Introduce Yourself" thread.
