I have the Baby Q and have never really been a gassy kind of guy but this thing cooks everything great. I have the griddle for it and will throw down some pastrami on it and pepper, onions and swiss...on a hogie.. My chick and chops are always very juicy...brats are perfect..just keep it clean and all parts are replaceable..

A bit of contrast for ya. Trout lake near Boulder Junction Wisconsin, Feb of a few years back. It was -8° ambient air temp. This is the kitchen of our ice drinking camp. Notice a blue pot of chili on the little burner. Besides chili we had wings, tenderloin bites, shrimp, brats, hotdogs, and venison bacon. We put on a bit of a production when we ice fish. Laughing
