I had the family over for Super Bowl So I thought I would shake it up with something new. Philly Cheese Steaks.
I also did some A.B.T.'s and Wings in the Pizza Oven just in case.
Pulled out the Disk Cooker.
Started with Bacon to get some grease going. Then the onions
Added in the Mushrooms And Bacon
Now the meat.
Quick steam to melt the cheese and bun
At this point you would expect the finished product. By the time I came in with the camera there wasn't much to take pics of.
Also fired up the Pizza Cooker for the Wings and A.B.T.'s
Going in at 400F
A.B.T.'s out Wings in....
All sauced up... I like Bob's Ranch to cut the stank from the hot sauce.
Even the Little dude was happy. Wait till he get some teeth and can join in. _________________ First Build

Awning Guy, Great looking cook.
Funny, I did the same thing.
Only problem was I drank too many beers, started too late, and finished cooking with a flashlight.
They tasted good though.
BTW, besides the good looking food, the disc stand is looking great. |

Awning Guy,
I like how you used both cookers over the the weekend.
The wings, ABT's and philly sammich look great bro!
The little one will be helping you out in the eating dept. soon!
My little girl is now a bbq critic at the old age of 5. She told me my rub was a little off this weekend...
and it was straight out of the shaker! _________________ SEE YA!

GF LOL I would post more cooks if I didn't have the same problem with my Beer/Daylight timing. All my posts would be ingredients and empty beer cans
chuckied She's 5... That is proof its genetic for girls to bust our grapes. My Daughter and wife do the same thing to me.
Maniac Don't limit your options..... do Both... Lifes short. With that being said, I'd build that pizza oven, there a blast... We love having pizza parties with the family.....
Big Bears BBQ Good call. You'll need something to take the burn away. _________________ First Build
