Looks great love the LCB! How long did it take the water to come to a boil initially? Thanks

looks great, i love a good low country boil.

i got hungry for LCB over the winter and quickly learned its generally not a good idea to do it IN the house. the food was inside while we were standing out in the cold waiting for the fumes of the seafood boil to die down enough to breath in where it was warm. Embarassed (the wife slugged me for that one)
