I purchased this Internet Cookbook Program for my laptop and I have to say this is the best thing I have ever found in my life all I have to do is if i find a recipie I like on the net and copy and paste it to the clipboard on there and then highlight and click on the tab it goes to and then when you apply everything it will tell you all the Nutrition Facts and everything and plus you can email recipies that you have collected it is a wonderful thing!
