Oh yeah! Looking good Debbie!
My wife is just starting to cook from scratch & liking it!
It only took 18 years!
We BOTH love cooking now!
My brisket I have going right now on the UDS is going to be for some soup & some chili.
Okay & maybe a few sandwiches too! _________________ Camp Chef Pro90 Stove w/ Griddle

Nothing like a good bowl of a hearty homemade soup....very nice Deb,that should take the chill out of Kevin's old bones. ......nothing better than a bowl of hot soup on a chilly day. _________________ Horizon Offset (Marshall RD Special)

Thanks for the idea. I stole it this week, to make my own. The smell of the smoked chuck in the soup is unreal. |

That looks great Debbie.
I bet Kevin was a happy camper when he came to the table.
Where's the cornbread and hot sauce? _________________ Gunny 3073/4044/8411

Only in Texas does veggie soup have 4 pounds of beef in it!
Lookin good! |
That is just what I was thinking. God Bless our state.
Reminds me of the time I was smoking up a brisket, some beef ribs, and had some steaks on the grill for a get together. The wife was like "What if someone here doesn't eat beef?" to which I responded "Who the h*ll would have invited them?!"

WoW I thought this thread was dead and gone
Beertooth, Thanks, it's great that your wife is cooking
from scratch, she'll be able to make things to her taste.
I hope I'll get to see some of her creations
Canadian Bacon, Thanks
Jeb'sQ, Thanks, I'm glad you tried it and liked it
Jarhead, Thanks, no cornbread and hot sauce this time
