Hey guys, I have a bunch of rib trimmings left and a lot of people have recommended that I throw them in some beans.

Anyone have an easy awesome recipe they are willing to share?

Thanks in advance!

This is a very simple recipe that has been used in our family for years. Although I usually use bacon, but pork trimmings would work well too. In a large bowl combine a can or two of original bush's baked beans, for two cans I add 1 cup of brown sugar, 1 cup of ketchup, half a cup of your favorite bbq sauce, and half of a white onion finely minced. Mix until well incorporated. Pour into a cooking dish(make sure you spray your pan with canola oil first). I then make a quick down and back zigzag of ketchup and top of with bacon. In your case pork trimmings. Put in a preheated 400* oven for about an hour. Everyone I've ever made them for really seems to enjoy them.
