Hey Devildog Nice Set up. Where did you get the stand for your peppers? I have a couple but can not find them any more. |

Is the rotisserie custom or was it purchased? |

Thanks, I've had that stand for a while, I think I bought it at the Home Depot, it's a chicken stand made by char broil.

It's a custom one that I made from some weldable sheet metal, that I pop riveted together. The motor and spit is a universal one from Lowes. _________________ Time to send up some SMOKE signals

Looking good! The wife has requested I start trying to cook more veggies on the smoker other than ABTs (ha!) -- gonna give those stuffed peppers a go round. |

Devildog, where did you get that spacer for the rotisserie that looks to be a good sized one. I've been trying to find one big enough that I like............... |

Devildog great looking chow ya got there.
I gotta make me one of those rings. I miss the one I used to have.
How about a new thread over in the Grilling section, with a "How To" and measurements?
Thanks for your service.

Devildog03318590, your chicken looks outstanding. Awesome color on that bird. The stuffed peppers are what stole my heart I love them and those look delicious. Nicely done my man. _________________ Always remember slow and steady wins the race.
