To make pizza:
One weber kettle, few fire bricks, 85kBTU LP burner, few splits of maple.

Thanks gents, the biggest difference the high heat makes is how the crust rises. I hand spin out my dough and I don't roll or form a lip but I still end up with a light open tender crumb.
Guess I should wash my hands before eating the pizza. |

Very nice pies. I know you were stoked because you didn't wash your hands Don't you just love the magic that happens at high heat. _________________ First Build[/url]

Definitely interested on that WFO build. I know that it is probably a ways off. If you remember PM me and give me a heads up when you start the build _________________ DPP FAT 50

Will do, but at the rate I finish projects I'l be done in about 5 years.
Check out www.fornobravo.com lots of nice builds there.
I'm not a brick layer, I only work with electrical controls so I'l keep mine as simple as possible. My current vision is to avoid a difficult round build and make it a rectangular base with an arched dome.
Luckily I live 3 blocks from a massive brickyard whom I plan on making friends with. |
