I have become quite popular on three University campuses now for the college classes that I have designed. I have two nuclear programs, a HACCP, and a Petroleum safety course being developed right now. I have to put the book on hold to finish these because they have paid me for them. _________________ https://www.linkedin.com/in/michaeloberry |

Alien,
I'm fairly new to this forum and I have just gotten around to reading this Topic.
I'm not sure if you can use it or not but I would be willing to provide some photos of BBQ cooking on my WSM at below zero temps, and some info on what I do to make cooking in below zero temps succesfull. _________________ Enjoy,
Dan

Would love to contribute. I have a neat ans simple dessert recipe I would like to share. It is very simple and is great for BBQ:
It is in Honor of my late Aunt Doris:
Poor Man's Tiramasu
2 packs Chips Ahoy
1 cup Milk
2 tubbs Whipped Topping
Topping either Sifted Coco or Grated Chocolate Bar
Dip cookies in milk and line the bottom of a casserole, cover with whipped topping, and repeat unitl you reach the top. Once you reach the top, you either top with sifted cocoa or the grated chocolate bar. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours for the cookies to soften. _________________ Memories of past exploits: |

Been on the back burner lately, I have been writing safety procedures and courses for nuclear reclamation as of late. They pay real well, so first things first. I will have time to jump back into the book in August. _________________ https://www.linkedin.com/in/michaeloberry |

I would certainly contribute to this book as I think it will come back to this forum and that would benefit us all.

My fault....... I have not finished it. I became popular in my real job, after I started it and I have not made time to finish it. It is about 3/4 done and I have no time to start up again before March. Currently I am writing curriculum for Exxon and Chevron and have 3 new classes on oil and energy exploration that I work on everyday. I will have a slow time after March till June when I am doing summer training for the EPA. While this is a true labor of love, the other stuff pays me every week. _________________ https://www.linkedin.com/in/michaeloberry |
