Finished

Cold smoked on the Weber kettle. I put the dill on after rinsing and left it while smoking it. Its in the fridge for a rest. I used Trader Joes briq's and apple chips. Kept about 2.5 briq's going the whole time. Threw in chips 4 times through out the 6 hours. The smell makes my mouth water.
Once again i gotta thank my fish monger for the excellent product to start with. Wink

And if your gonna be around 5/1 so i can run up to your place i will bring the stuff so you can taste it and wash it down with a beer. I will vacuum pack some and stash it at the back of the fridge so its still good.

On the 4/20 thing, Harry did you have a long day at the klan meeting thinking of that? Shocked
Laughing

No, I let my membership lapse, the drive was too far to get out by you to attend the meetings. And My whites had BBQ sauce stains on them.

I tasted the salmon tonight and once again the ball has left the park. Very good stuff.
