Wow SVonhof.....those are some sweet looking steaks ...I could do a number on anyone of those pieces of beef,I would wash it all down with some nice dry red wine.......I need a cigarette after looking at those steaks. _________________ Horizon Offset (Marshall RD Special)

When I have a nice big steak I dont want no starch beside it.. I want a plate of beef with maybe some mushrooms ontop.. thats it.. And like CB said.. I nice bit of red wine to wash it down.
A while back the wife and I had a couple prime rib steaks I picked up in Toronto that were 24 oz each... Now thats a meal. _________________ Chargriller Akorn

I will have to check and see how large the ribeye comes in. If I remember correctly, that might be what they are calling the "Spencer" steak, which the basic one is around 24oz, the double at 48 and the extra cut double around 54. _________________ Scott V.

Nah, they don't get them that big. That's just crazy anyway. If you can finish a 54 oz steak in one sitting, you are probably just waiting for a coronary. _________________ Scott V.
