So now we're calling them blunts? I was just starting to not laugh anymore when calling them fatties! Confused Simple method is to jsut put some rub in it and smoke it, but that's kinda boring too. Stuff a poblano with some cheese and a touch of grilled onion, and then reroll the sausage around that, then rub and smoke. Makes it more interesting.

For me, I like to cut the sausage with ground chunk and make a meatloaf. Not too much different in my opinion.
