I like to make burritos with it. I'll kick up the heat a notch by adding a few crushed chili tepins to the chopped or shredded meat. Then add one crushed tepin to the beans, and one to the rice.
Add cheese, salsa, chopped tomatoes and whatever else. The outcome is pretty good. |

I'll slice it thin and then load it onto a pannini with some pepper jack cheese and sautéed onions _________________ Weber Spirit E-310

Make an Au jus.
Chop/slice the meat to your desired thickness. Into the Jus. Simmer for a bit. Onto a bun. Onions and peppers, sauteed. Cheese. Broiler for 10 minutes. Remove add some horseradish. Cup of Jus and a cold beer.
Enjoy! _________________ #3 LIAR

Egg rolls or wontons.
Finely chop meat, bok choy, onion, bell pepper and combine. Add some soy (I like Tiger) Sauce, fill skin as desired and deep fry.
Wish I had pictures. Will take them next time. _________________ Gunny 3073/4044/8411
