Hello all. Just wanted to thank everyone who contributes to this site for helping me learn how to turn out some BBQ in a place where pits and true BBQ are few and far between. I was looking through some photos of past cooks and I ran across these that a photographer friend of mine took. Makes me think of days where I didnt have to shovel out the yard and put a welding blanket on my cooker. Hope you enjoy some pron from a Queens NY cook that I hosted called sweatshirts and smoke 2010. Made spares, smoked turkey, beer can chickens and two pork butts for pulled pork. Got lots of compliments on the food and had a great time.

Thanks, I'm pouring some reduced drippings from the butts over the pork. Also some carmelized onion mixed in there. |

thanks everyone for the compliments. Means a lot to have other ringers checking out my food.
@tacklebox - yeah Yuengling is one of my favorites, and actually really cheap here and especially in PA
@ zysmith - the photos were taken with a Canon 5D Digital SLR with a 50 mm lens |

Good to know, I just got a 60D, and was thinking about the 50mm lens. _________________ 22.5 Weber Kettle
