Wise guy, eh? I cold smoke the semolina flour for hours (using the pro-Q cold smoke generator), while stirring it once an hour.

I know what you mean. I didn't grow up eating pork, and only ate it unknowingly on a few occasions. Boy did it ever make me sick. Last year I tried to acclimate my body to it, but after 3 months, I realized it was a losing battle. It's why I started curing and smoking my own beef and lamb bacon. |
