Just checked the KCBS website and it looks like most local comps are filling up fast. There are a number of sites that already have waiting lists.

At least I'll get to meet a few of you at the Marietta cookoff. Not competing myself but a shindig in my backyard'll get my boots on the ground to watch.

I'll be cooking at the Austin event. Looks like some good competition will be there. T.O.Y. Quau and Johnny Triggs just to name a couple.
I guess I need to start looking for some help with this one.

Hot Wire BBQ will start cooking in Midwest City in July, will head to Ft Worth the following weekend for the regional, and will end the series in Bentonville AR as GC. You have to visualize the outcomes. Think positive, be positive and end positive.

Good luck to everyone everywhere. I hope all of you get to walk to the stage, but if we are there I hope you walk before we get to.

So you are going to the regional to visit the teams that qualified and then on to Bentonville to watch them take the walk! That's a good attitude cheering on the winning teams! lol Work hard and good luck!
