A buddy of mine wanted some carnitas and I want to use the new camera. This time I used MOJO instead of just lime and salt. I like the lime and salt method better but hey you never know until you try

You could have just put the lard right onto the taco shells and called it good. Shocked

Holy crap man!!! Yes PLEASE!!!!! I want about 6 tacos now!!! I could have made some home made refried beans to go with it with some cilantro in it...spot on cook!!!
