Hey, thanks SStory. I tried that last night and this AM and only found a dead link, then you show me again, and it works... my book mark wasn't getting thru and I was even googling that bugger and it still didn't work.

Like an old college used to say, "Computers do funny things."

Thanks again - now how long does a whole turkey need to soak, let me see...

Ya gotta hold your mouth just right when you click the link. I think the link has a built in "drool reader" -- so it only works if you are really drooling well. Laughing

Glad the link worked for you today. As far as time needed, SmokinOkie will be able to help you there. I've never brined but probably will some day.
