We don't see a lot of good brisket around here but do smoke quite a few chuckies. I don't usually inject but would like to give it a try on them. I tried some brisket that had been injected with this at the Ribberfest and it was incredible. Would this work just as well on a chuck roast ? I know it says beef but I haven't found anything about using it on anything but brisket.

Thanks! Very Happy

Think Chuck Roll. It will hold hte injection a lot better being a larger piece of meat, or maybe a whole clod.

I appreciate it Kosmos Q & SmokyOkie I'll have to order some and give it a try. I don't know about doing a whole clod but it sounds like a great idea. If only I could find the time.

Thanks! Very Happy
