SO...lots of Butts been through the WSM this Fall...Band concession is busy and the sammies are moving out the door. My wife has threatened to leave me if she smells another piece of pork coming off the smoker.
Just in case there is someone here jonesing for some pork... a little inspiration
65 lbs rubbed up
Bottom Rack...pan under to catch the fat when I have this many on...
Top rack looking good
11 hrs in, almost ready
Three little piggies ready for foiling, pulling, vacuum-bagging, chilling, and freezing !
I'm under orders to cook beef and turkey for awhile...brisket is on now ! _________________ Weber 22" Kettle

Thanks SmokeHound
I do kinda understand her though...by the time I pull the 8th or 10th butt of the cook, I'm not sampling near as much as the first! _________________ Weber 22" Kettle

Those are some fine looking butts! You should enlist the team in a sort of production line for foiling-pulling-bagging! _________________ UDS!

Thanks Swinefellas and K.A.M.
Yes, Smokin_On-The_Rio, that is the 22 1/2...friend ordered a stainless door for his and made the "mistake" of ordering 2...so rather than sending it back , he ordered another WSM and told me Merry Christmas! Pretty good friend , huh ? Let that be a lesson to all...no internet orders after consuming adult beverages for an extended afternoon :lol
Proetus, I have considered that, if it gets any busier next year I may have to. My daughter's boyfriend was a big help...likes to cook and eat! It does give me an appreciation for those who cook large amount in a production atmosphere day after day...almost like work!
Thanks Jeepdad and CB!...I have put 10 butts on 1 time, had to place them on edge...took a lot more air and fuel than when you put a lonlely chicken or brisket on ! I'm still getting the feel for this one. _________________ Weber 22" Kettle
