...guestimate how much to cook. I have a vending gig, est 2000-3000 people going to be there only me and possibly one other guy cooking q, and curious as to how i go about figuring how much product to have on hand. Thinking I will do pp sammies, sausage, chips, drinks.

I plan about 10% of the total people.then go to the catering planner in the catering sticky's and it will tell you how much you'll need.

...to add to this, would you guys have any other type of side, or just chips, and how many drinks would you bring with you? All info is helpful, thanks in advance.

I just did a 4 day fair and sold maybe 10 sides of beans not bean eaters here,and maybe three pounds of slaw.So depends on what people eat in your neck of the woods, some think it's not Q without....
