Hi Guys,

I've been smoking for about a year now. I have a very smal charbroil gourmet smoker. Done a few things, ribs, tenderloins, brats, fatties & abts. Have yet to do a brisket or butt. I work two jobs so it's hard to find that kind of time. I get hours off not days. Anyway looking forward to learning from you guys thanks
