If I were to put a Cookshack in a vending trailer under a hood would you recommend a SM160 or a FEC100?

I am leaning towards the SM160 for the ease of letting it run all night without the worry of running out of pellets

The 160 holds more meat.but the 100 would have more wood smoked flavor.both are set it and forget it.

I replied to your post in the CS Pro's forum.

They are two different smokers, what I'll ask (over there) is what are you cooking, what temps and how much capacity do you need?
