I would suggested sending a PM (private message here on the forum) to MrCustomSteel. He could field that question the best.

Hey guy's--
Very nice work--exceptional welds and layout--
Being totally understanding to others situation----it's like my dad always told us when we were growing up-and i use this saying on all my business cards to this day directly under the name of my company--
If you have to ask what it cost
You can't afford it---
Very simply stated
Andi will say that sometimes i have found my self swallowing rather hard--but that's life--After a couple of weeks the pain will be gone---
To quote the Nike Slogan----JUST DO IT---if u enjoy it--you can't take it with u--
Nice job and congratulations |

Thanks vieux temps for the kind words. Thanks AJP for the inquiry and Stel for the referral. AJP I sent you a PM.
As Stel and Shannon/Vexter1 will tell you I am very open to helping you keep cost down but I am SLOW! I am not a full time pitbuilder. I just love making them along with my other ventures and responsibilities. _________________ D. Tillery

Saw the pit today and man is it coming together. Here is the pit sitting on the trailer frame.
Firebox will go on this end.
Tongue of the trailer
Cook Chamber doors
Warmer and prep-table go back here.
More things to come this weekend. _________________ BOTP (Brother of the Pig) originated by JeepDad

I got a couple of good days in since Stel stopped by. Sorry my camera is not as good as his.
Got the stacks on.
I decided to give the Jambo style lower exhaust duct platform a try to see how it works.
Got the firebox on
Got the vertical mounted and piped.
Bottom of the vertical 4"x5" inlet.
Onward through the fog! _________________ D. Tillery

You must know somebody down there because they wanted $400 +tax for 3 tires and wheels. I got mine for $250 +tax.

Thanks everyone. I'm not getting much computer time so here's a quick update.
daddywoofdog, check out the last two pics. There is a 4"x4" tube from the firebox to the vertical.
I got the steamer and the log lighter done.
Testing the lighter
Lighter installed
Testing the lighter installed
Homemade venturi
Steam pipe out from reservior
Steam pipe inside smoker
Lower diffuser plate in vertical
Another shot of diffuser plate and drain
I'm looking forward to Stel stopping by tomorrow with wheels. _________________ D. Tillery
