He also has a gas wok made by Big Jim! I remember when Big Jim brought one of his pits up a couple of years ago. Bob looked it over and by the end of the weekend he was wanting one. Not for cooking traditional bbq though. Smile

You ought to visit one of his HTH Fests. We have a great time with quite a bit of great food.

I'd love to. I would have gone to the last one but it was right about the time we were moving so it wasn't possible.
