Well, it was a rainy day today, but I fired up the smoker this morning after a few months w/o any smoky goodness.

So, here's white, pinto and black beans in a beer, garlic/onion powder, maple syrup and brown sugar broth - and a chuck roast with my rub. Both were smoked over apple wood for about 7 hours. Tasty, and a good ring.





Finished off with a smoked apple with brown sugar, maple syrup and cinnamon.
