It was cold out so why not make beef stew and corn bread? Why not.

My DO

Corn bread pan

The stuff

the meat all seared. They curled up to much to get a real good sear but good enough.

Veggies in the pot

Simmering away

The corn bread

Enjoy. Very Happy

It was the first piece of cast iron I bought myself once I got a house and I realize after being on here that I need to use it more often.

Thank you everyone for the compliments, it is all inspired by you.
