Well with the threat of sounding like a comercial, We use our own stuff.Oneverything.

Works well enough, But having a tough time getting our brisket scores up.
We are currently in 4th in Ribs according to KCBS. And 16th overall,
But we suck at everything else. Seeing how David is sitting atop of us in the overall. I'd use what he's got.......Oh wait I already do.

I use my own rub that I make up and my own sauce. The sauce is sweet with just a tad bit of heat kick. and the Rub is the same way. I have a Ray Lampe's book road trip and got the rub out of it. They used a little more salt than what I like and adjusted that.

How's that hittin' for you?

I am getting calls but not as many as I would like. It is hit and miss at times. Some of it cause of the meat quality I get. My local store when I am out and that is not as quality of meat as I want for comps. I did change it up a bit in this off season. Can't wait to see how it goes
