I cooked up a Chuck Roast for Dinner Last Night .
First I browned it ......

Then I added 4 cups of Beef Broth , Tomatoes , Onion's and 4 cloves of Garlic .

Let it cook for a hour ....
Took out most of the dripping's and added some Wild Grain Rice .......

My Plate of Goodness.....

Breaking it in for winter huh? Wonder how long she'll buy that one! Laughing

All of that plated up looks like a very nice meal. I like to see big chunks of veggies like that, and the rice was a good addition.

MAn that looks fantastic! Just the pic with the rice cooked up in the broth looked really good...and then the plate with everything! That will keep anyone warm and full during the winter!

Great job erniesshop!
