hi all, I just got my Lodge Logic 12" DO this past weekend and wanting to fire her this weekend. I'm looking for some good recipes on-line or maybe someone could suggest a good cookbook.

my wife and I love the apple empanoda (spell?) from taco bell. so saying that does anyone know if the apple caramel crisp is anywhere close to these. Its kinda like a regular apple pie but with caramel filling.

This is the only one i have heard using caramel. A must try recipe for sure.
