a local sporting store puts on classes periodically for different things: elk calling, bowhunting, etc. Tomorrow they are hosting a dutch oven cooking class by a gal that has several published cookbooks on the subject (I cant remember her name right now)

I was supposed to be bowhunting this weekend, but due to some unforseen circumstances I am not able to make it, so I am going to hit this up instead. I will let you all know if I learn anything worth while.

Have any of you taken a DO class before?

bad news, the class was cancelled last minute. The ladies car broke down in Idaho on the way here. She has other engagements already booked, so I'm not sure if or when they will get it rescheduled. Sad

Too bad about that. Did you ever get her name? Wouldn't mind trying to find her cookbook on-line.
