Hi,

My name is Alain Kap: I'm a Luxembourger and live in Saarburg Germany with my wife Alice and my son Alan Justin.

I'm smoking and bbqing for 6 years now. Been reading this forum for a while and like the recipes because they differ a bit from how we are doing things in Europe.

My hardware consists in a 16" horizontal BBQ Smoker, a 22.5" Weber kettle with Smokenator, Hovergrill and Cast Iron Grill, different cast iron pans and Dutch Oven.

A sample of my doings can be viewed at: http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=23725&id=1514611952&l=54284b23fb

I know where that is. I work for a transport company, and most of our traffic is in Germany.

Alain,
Welcome to the Ring. Very Happy Very Happy Spent part of my college years in Luxembourg (Miami of Ohio University's campus there). What a beautiful place. Had one of my best meals ever under the bridge...

So here's the deal we'll supply the BBQ knowledge and you supply the beer. Some Mosel would go quite good right now. Laughing Laughing

@Alien

We have so many good sausages ready made so that I don't need to do them myself. Sorry.

The World is a small place. The John E Dolibois Campus is right across the street in Differdange now, where I help out a friend in his Train Shop.
Glad you enjoyed your stay. Yes Mousel Beer comes good from time to time although the Battin is better.
