Ms BluzQue requested today that I ease of the pork for a while So what did i come up with.....STEAKS Made a quick trip to the butcher shop/wholesaler I've been telling you about. Got 2 Prime 1 1/2" Rib Eyes to grill for tonight's dinner. It's just the two of us for a few days. Daughter left on a 5 day road trip with friend to Florida. Hope ya'll enjoy the pics....I certainly enjoyed the steak...and part of Ms BluzQue's to boot

Exactly! So we also eased up on pork and started with some steaks...
I'm not gonna complain, I don't discriminate meat! But I am going through pork fat withdrawls! _________________ “All normal people love meat. Nicely done BluzQue. Pound for Pound you cant beat a good Ribeye. I just had the same directive from the wifey. Did the 7Bone Chuck steak over the weekend. I did slip the Breakfast Fatty in on her . It was wrapped and on the smoker before she knew even woke up. _________________ We should look for someone to eat and drink with before looking for something to eat and drink. |
