I think its a Lang 60 that is stuffed with some great looking chow.

Small tomatoes (out of the garden) Cut in half and clean out inside
Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Shredded parmesan cheese
Ricotta cheese
Bacon bits
Bread crumbs
Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper

I squeezed out the juice of the tomatoes scraps and mixed with everything above and stuffed the tomatoes.

Smoked about a hour until golden brown on top. Stole this (kind of) from someone on the smoke ring. Believe me they were the hit of the cookout.
